In Simferopol, the condition of all memorial sites of the Great Patriotic War is checked

On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Simferopol from the Nazi invaders, memorial sites of the Great Patriotic War are being inspected in the Crimean capital. This was announced by the head of the city administration, Mikhail Afanasyev.

On my instructions, structural units of the administration are monitoring the condition of military graves and memorial signs included in the list of cultural heritage sites related to the events of the Great Patriotic Warhe noted.

In total, there are 74 such monuments and memorials on the territory of Simferopol.
