If you have always wanted to learn a new hobby, gain confidence, develop a sense of rhythm and the ability to move to music, then the time has come!

Teachers of the Sevastopol Academic Dance Theater named after Vadim Elizarov will hold open-air master classes for those who wish! Lessons will be held in one of the most picturesque corners of the museum-reserve — Byzantine courtyard. The event was organized with the support of the My History Foundation. At the master classes in Chersonese, you can spin to the rhythm of the waltz, hear about country dances and mazurka, learn the basic elements of tango, cha-cha-cha and more, as well as learn about the development of amazing choreographic art— reported in the press service of the museum-reserve «Tauric Chersonesos».

The program of the open-air dance school in Tauric Chersonesos:

• July 8, 16:00–17:00 — «Lyrical waltz»;
• July 13, 18:00–19:30 — «Historical dance»;
• July 20, 18:00–19:30 — «Dances of the World»;
• July 28, 18:00–19:30 – generalizing lesson, solemn end of the project.

At the end of each master class, tickets for performances by the Sevastopol Academic Dance Theater named after Vadim Elizarov will be raffled off. Each of them will give real pleasure to fans of this art form, so we advise you to come and try your luck!

A visit to the open-air dance school is made only with tickets to the museum-reserve. We remind you that for residents of Sevastopol, admission is free (upon presentation of original documents confirming the presence of permanent or temporary registration in the hero city).
