In the Crimea, they plan to create a health center on thermal waters. The investment project will be implemented in the Saki district. It involves the reopening of thermal wells, the equipment of swimming pools, baths for medical procedures, and recreation areas. 4 pools will be able to serve up to 284 visitors at a time. The construction of the complex will take two years.
Mineral thermal water, which is planned to be used for procedures, has a healing effect due to the content of nitrogen and silicic acid. Such baths tone the connective tissue and elastic structures of the skin, tissues and organs, and also have a beneficial effect on the central nervous system, help get rid of stress, insomnia and generally improve the general condition of the body.
Crimean springs are in no way inferior to the thermal waters of the Caucasus or Altai and should take their rightful place on the tourist map of the country. The Crimean Development Corporation is actively working to attract investors to the construction of year-round resort complexes and health centers. The implementation of such projects helps to restore the fame of an all-season health resort to the peninsula, expands the base for inbound tourism and strengthens the economic position of the Republic , — says Daniil Pidayev, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea.
Note that this investment agreement is “fresh”, it was concluded in August this year.
