In Yalta, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate brought to justice a driver who grossly violated the Traffic Rules. It helped to identify and punish the violator I saw on social networks.

On a social network, a user complained about the driver of a BMW 5 car, who grossly violated traffic rules. It was established that on March 17, 2024 at the address: Yalta, embankment. Lenin, the driver was driving in the opposite direction on a one-way road, thereby creating a risk for a possible traffic accident, driving without a front state registration plate installed in the designated place, thereby violating clause 2.3.1 of the Traffic Regulations of the Russian Federation— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection and identified the offender. He turned out to be a local resident, born in 1971.

Administrative materials have been drawn up against the driver under Part 3 of Art. 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure to comply with the requirements prescribed by road signs or road markings” and under Part 2 of Art. 12.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Driving a vehicle without registration plates.” The sanction of the articles provides for punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 10 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of four to six months.
