Comprehensive support for future parents, families with children, creation of all conditions for a comfortable, healthy, rich longevity are the main priorities of the national project “Demography”. As part of the implementation of the national project in Crimea, from January to December 2023, a number of events were held aimed at achieving target indicators and results for regional projects. The total amount of funds provided for the implementation of the national project amounted to 1 billion 342.41 million rubles.
For 12 sports schools, 2 Olympic reserve schools and 2 schools in municipalities of the Republic of Crimea, sets of sports equipment were installed on sports grounds. Outdoor sports complexes, artificial turf sets, sports training equipment, wall bars, bicycles, training dummies, sets of gymnastic mats, training weights and barbells, boxing bags, football goals, as well as sports uniforms and more were purchased. A car was purchased for the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Sports School for Paralympic and Deaflympic Sports» to transport persons with disabilities and disabled people. The purchase of sports equipment and inventory was made for a total amount of 18.9 million rubles.
Modern and comfortable kindergartens with nursery groups are opening in Crimea so that mothers can realize themselves in their careers or learn new skills. In 2023, 108 additional places for children aged 1.5 to 3 years worth 13.327 million rubles were created for 2 organizations carrying out educational activities in educational programs of preschool education of private ownership. The subsidy is aimed at purchasing for the educational process, both children and employees, the necessary furniture, catering equipment, equipment, teaching aids, toys and bedding sets.
During 2023, a subsidy was provided for financial support (reimbursement) of employers’ costs for the implementation of additional measures aimed at reducing tensions in the labor market of the Republic of Crimea, as well as for organizing temporary employment, for partial wages and material and technical equipment for workers at risk dismissals (including the introduction of part-time work, downtime, temporary suspension of work, provision of leaves without pay and implementation of measures to release workers). The total amount of the subsidy was 49.3 million rubles. 398 citizens from among workers at risk of dismissal and public works took part in activities to organize temporary employment for 396 citizens registered with the employment service in order to find suitable work, including unemployed citizens.
For 1,364 people, monthly cash assistance was provided to persons living with a disabled person of groups I and II due to a mental disorder, to care for him. The amount of money spent to pay benefits amounted to 248.41 million rubles.
In 2023, measures were actively implemented aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of medical care for people over working age and creating a system of care for older citizens. The total amount of the subsidy provided was more than 125 million rubles. and is aimed at supplying technical means of rehabilitation (walkers, wheelchairs, medical beds, orthopedic mattresses and pillows, bath and toilet seats, chairs with sanitary equipment, canes, crutches, pillows for positioning, inflatable bathtubs, bathtubs for washing hair , bath steps, etc.), training of means assessors and nursing assistants, as well as the salaries of nursing assistants.
For citizens with low incomes, the state has provided a payment for children under three years of age. The republic implements a measure of social support for families with children and provides monthly cash payments at the birth of a third or subsequent children until the child reaches the age of 3 years. 8,052 received monthly payments families for a total amount of 789.617 million rubles. The monthly payment was 14,846 rubles.
The national project “Demography” also helps Crimeans realize their long-awaited dream of becoming parents. Using funds from the compulsory medical insurance program, about 881 in vitro fertilization procedures were performed in the Republic of Crimea this year for a total amount of 102.4 million rubles.
