In Yalta, 3 vehicles were identified with arrears of fines totaling up to 100 thousand rubles

CrimeaPRESS reports:

As part of the ongoing event, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Yalta, together with the FSSP, identified three drivers of vehicles with arrears in paying fines.

The first owner of the vehicle (legal entity) was found to have unpaid fines totaling 9,000 rubles; the 2nd owner of the vehicle (an individual) has an administrative fine based on the State Traffic Inspectorate in the amount of 30,000 rubles; The 3rd owner of the vehicle (an individual) had a debt in the amount of 42,000 rubles in enforcement proceedings. Employees of the Federal Bailiff Service drew up an inventory of the seizure of vehicles. The cars were left to the debtors for safekeeping. If they do not repay the debt within the period established by law, their property will be transferred for sale— reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.

The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds that evasion from paying a fine entails an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, where the judicial authorities decide to impose punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of twice the amount of the unpaid administrative fine, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory work for up to 50 hours.
