On the All-Russian Day of Legal Aid to Children in Yalta, a consultation center will be opened on the basis of the Center for Social Services for Families, Children and Youth on Sverdlov Street, 00 (former building of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning). Orphans and children left without parental care, as well as their legal representatives, persons wishing to adopt a child left without parental care, adoptive parents, disabled children and their parents , — noted in the press service of the administration of Yalta.
