In Yalta, major renovations are planned to cover almost three times more apartment buildings than in 2023

As part of these works, 19 roofs, 53 elevators, 12 facades are to be replacedsaid the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko.

Yanina Pavlenko also noted that in 2024, major repairs affected 23 houses, in particular, 17 roofs, 4 elevators, the same number of facades and one basement were made.

Let me remind you that these contributions are mandatory, there is only one alternative — opening a special account in which residents’ funds for the repair of a specific apartment building are accumulated. Yalta, alas, is still an outsider in Crimea. Already now the Fund is forced to collect debts from defaulters through the courtsadded Yanina Pavlenko.

According to the head of the Yalta administration, the repair schedule for a particular apartment building can be postponed to an earlier date, but for this the collection rate must be at least 90%.
