In Yalta, the process of updating the queue for housing is underway

The Housing Policy Department of the Yalta Administration provides consultations on issues of re-registration of citizens and updating the queue of persons registered as apartments
In connection with the annual re-registration of citizens and the updating of the queue of citizens registered as apartments at their place of residence in the Yalta Municipal District in need of improved housing conditions, registered before 03/18/2014 and after, guided by the norms of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, Law of the Republic of Crimea dated July 6, 2015 No. 130-ZRK “On the regulation of certain issues in the field of housing relations in the Republic of Crimea,” the Housing Policy Department of the Yalta City Administration invites citizens to a personal reception to consider the issue of further stay on apartment registration. Reception is held every Thursday at the address: Yalta, sq. Sovetskaya, 1 (entrance to the Administration building from the south). Phone for inquiries: +7 (3654) 20-57-50.
Citizens must have packages of documents with them, the list of which is given below.
List of documents for citizens accepted for apartment registration before 03/18/2014:
- copies of passports of citizens of the Russian Federation with registration in the municipality of the Yalta City District of the Republic of Crimea, copies of birth certificates of the person registered and his family members registered with him;
- copies of the marriage certificate, change of surname, name, patronymic (if necessary);
- copies of the insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance for all family members (SNILS);
- an extract from the house register or a certificate of registration at the place of residence on the composition of the family and occupied residential premises, indicating total area residential premises (Form No. 9) (in the presence of);
- documents confirming benefits (in the presence of);
- copies of title documents for residential premises (certificate of registration of rights, purchase and sale agreement, donation, etc.) belonging to a citizen registered in the housing register and his family members registered with him in the housing register;
- copies of the current technical passport, cadastral passport of the residential premises (in the presence of) in which the citizen is registered at his place of residence.
List of documents for citizens accepted for apartment registration after 03/18/2014:
- a certificate from the traffic police about the presence or absence of vehicles;
- income certificates for each family member for the last 12 months (2-personal income tax on wages);
- certificate SZI-6 (from the MFC or pension fund on pension accruals);
- copies of documents confirming benefits (in the presence of);
- consent to the processing of personal data;
- cadastral certificates about the value of property owned by the person on the waiting list and members of his family.
Out of turn citizens can get housingregistered as those in need of residential premises provided under social tenancy agreements, who have the right to priority provision of housing regulated by Part 2 of Article 57 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation:
- whose residential premises are recognized according to established order unsuitable for accommodation and cannot be repaired or reconstructed;
- suffering from severe forms of chronic diseases, the list of which has been approved Orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated November 29, 2012 No. 987n “On approval of the list of severe forms of chronic diseases in which it is impossible for citizens to live together in the same apartment,” dated November 30, 2012. No. 991н “On approval of the list of diseases giving disabled people suffering from them the right to additional living space.”
