Investment projects worth about 27,5 billion rubles were approved at a meeting of the Council for Improving the Investment Climate in the Republic of Crimea.
New investment projects have been approved in the sectors of agriculture, housing construction, recreation, and the sanatorium complex. The implementation of a number of them will be of great importance for the regions of the republic , — quotes the press service of the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko.
So, in Alushta it is planned to build a tourist-recreational and residential complexes within eight years. The total investment will exceed 194 billion rubles. The following will be created: medical rehabilitation and hotel complexes, a kindergarten, cultural and entertainment and sports and health centers.
It is expected to build a health-improving center on thermal waters in the Saki district, a suburban residential and recreational complex in Bakhchisarai district, and a complex of apart-hotels in one of the coastal villages of the Simferopol district. In the Chernomorsky district — a hotel and restaurant complex with hotel rooms and guest houses, the implementation of the project provides for the creation and development of an accessible tourist environment for people with disabilities, stimulation of the development of inclusive tourism (equipment of ramps, lifts, adaptation work to create a barrier-free environment, etc. .P.).
In the Kirovsky district, the investor intends to plant a cherry orchard on an area of more than 32, 5 hectares.
