June 1 in Tauric Chersonese — a holiday for children

So the school year has ended, and the guys have three months of vacation, sea and sun ahead of them. Tauric Chersonesos invites you to meet the summer in a fun, tasty and informative way at the “Museum through the Eyes of Children” festival. The event was prepared with the support of the My History Foundation and the Dobroye ice cream factory.

On June 1, from 09:00 to 11:00, a quest “The Good Treasure of Ancient Chersonese” will be organized for young visitors to the museum-reserve. After going along the route and completing tasks at eight stations, its participants will learn interesting facts about the city of two millennia in a playful way, solve a crossword puzzle and guess the encrypted word. The guides on this day will be high school students — the finalists of the historical and educational subscription «Remember where it all began», who visited Tauric Chersonesus for six months, studying its glorious past. The children who successfully passed the stages of the quest and guessed the encrypted word will receive a sweet gift, which is a real symbol of summer and childhood.

To participate in the event, you must receive free invitations before May 31 at the central ticket office of the museum-reserve (from 09:00 to 17:00). Hurry, tickets are limited! — emphasize the press service of the museum-reserve.
