Anatoly Zorya, a student of the Physico-Technical Institute, won a grant competition for young entrepreneurs under the age of 25. The novice entrepreneur won 500 thousand rubles for the implementation of the project to develop an innovative CRM system. According to him, the CRM system (Customer relationship management system) will automate the work processes of sellers on online marketplaces.
I am a co-founder of Zorya Group LLC. Our company develops software, mobile applications, websites and games. About a year ago, we tested the hypothesis of automating several business processes and found a high demand and user interest in a tool for optimizing trade, logistics and advertising processes among entrepreneurs on online marketplaces. After that, we attracted a specialist in this field, who confirmed the large financial and time costs for finding and hiring employees who would be engaged in management, analytics and product promotion— the press service of the university Anatoly Zor quotes.
The team prepared a prototype of the Star System project and conducted beta testing on its basis among entrepreneurs on marketplaces. According to the developer, the test showed good results: the product received a lot of positive feedback and suggestions for further development.
Now our mission is to create a large-scale tool that would reduce costs, costs and fines for users; would give novice sellers the opportunity to scale without involving a whole staff of employees and managers, as well as receive informative statistics and analytics of their store for making operational management decisions. Our goal is to attract about 25% of all entrepreneurs involved in online sales on marketplaces to the product over the next three years— notes Anatoly Zorya.
Earlier, the student also won a million rubles for the implementation of this project in the All-Russian competition «Student Startup».
