Last year 43 agricultural enterprises of the Bakhchisarai region were provided with state support in the amount of more than 280 million rubles, the district took the 3rd place in terms of state aid.

Another company that sells its products both in the Crimea and on the mainland is Crimean Vegetable Factory LLC. This is one of the largest producers of greenhouse vegetables in the Crimea. Now the high-tech complex is intensively harvesting garden strawberries and tomatoes. The quality of the products of Crimean Vegetable Factory LLC is known far beyond the peninsula. For example, tomatoes are in special demand from Central Russia to Siberia. Production is organized at the highest level. To store manufactured products, the enterprise has its own high-tech refrigerator with a controlled gas environment , — says Yuri Migal.

Also, the head of the Crimean Ministry of Agriculture visited the Fotisal Winery, which can rightfully be considered one of the hallmarks of Crimea. The enterprise is engaged in the production of high-quality wines, cognacs, grappa, develops agro-tourism, which favorably represents the republic in the regions of Russia.

Last year, the enterprise processed more than 9 thousand tons of grapes, produced 204 thousand gave wine materials. Fotisal produces products from its own grapes. The total area of ​​vineyards is 1500 hectares, of which 204 hectares — fruit-bearing. The plant is equipped with modern equipment and a functional laboratory that allows you to control the quality of the product at every stage , the minister notes.

Horticulture is also successfully developing in the region. One of such enterprises that introduces intensive technologies is Gardens of Bakhchisaray LLC. The head of the Crimean Ministry of Agriculture focused on the fact that garden products are in high demand both in the Crimea and in the Russian regions.

All plantings are made with high-yielding varieties, using the latest intensive technologies. Drip irrigation is used in gardens. In 1500 year, the harvest of fruit crops amounted to about 6 thousand tons. Today, the area of ​​perennial fruit plantations is more than 290 hectares , — emphasizes the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea.

At a meeting with the leadership and agricultural producers of the Bakhchisarai region, Yuri Migal shared his impressions.
