“Limited himself” to just a T-shirt: in Sevastopol, a half-naked man disturbed the peace of public transport passengers
CrimeaPRESS reports:
While patrolling the territory of the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol, the crew of the Russian Guard saw a man wearing only a T-shirt at the Victory Park public transport stop. Noticing the official car, the half-naked violator of public peace attempted to escape, but was detained by the National Guard.
According to external signs, the man was intoxicated. As eyewitnesses of the incident explained to law enforcement officers, the man, who limited himself to a T-shirt when choosing wardrobe items, approached the stop from the Omega beach and waited in this form for the arrival of public transport. The detainee confirmed that he had previously been on the beach, however, he could not explain why he was in this form and where he left the missing underwear, trousers and shoes. While the investigation was ongoing, one of the concerned witnesses to the incident, who lived not far from the bus stop, brought the missing items of clothing from the offender’s house— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Guard for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (Sevastopol).
At the regional police department, where the detainee was taken after identifying him, it turned out that he had repeatedly appeared in public places while intoxicated.
