MFK «Triad-SOAK» from Simferopol won its debut victory in the Russian 8×8 football championship

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Simferopol multifunctional complex «Triad-SOAK» started the Russian 8×8 football championship in Sochi with a victory.

Yesterday, November 2, as part of the group stage of the competition (group 32), in a daytime match, Igor Manko’s team beat “Medicon” from Khakassia — 3:1 (Jivan Gevorgyan scored a double, Nikolai Korostin scored another goal). But in the evening match (under the pouring rain), the Simferopol team, unfortunately, lost to the “Weak” from the Krasnodar Territory — 0:2. A weak opponent, of course, only in name — it is based on veterans of the Moscow Spartak (led by the champion of Russia in big-time football Andrei Eshchenko, the current midfielder of Spartak and the Russian national team Danil Prutsev, ex-player of the Russian national mini-football team Oleg Kanivets and a number of others) and graduates of the Football Academy of FC Krasnodarreports Crimean Sport.

Position of teams in group 32: «Weak» And MFC «Triad-SOAK» – 3 points (after 1 game), «Medicon» – 0 (1).

Two teams from this group advance to the 1/32 finals. “Triadovtsy” practically guaranteed themselves participation in the playoffs, although let’s still wait to see how the final match between “Medicon” and “Weak” ends today, November 3rd.

Sevastopol «Spartak» in group 26 lost yesterday to «RosOkhrana» from St. Petersburg — 0:3. Today at 14.00 the Sevastopol team will play with Ulan-Ude City (Buryatia).

Position of teams in group 26: «RosOkhrana» – 6 points (after 2 games), «Ulan-Ude City» And «Spartacus» – 0 (1).
