March Mikhail Afanasiev officially took up the office of the head of the administration of Simferopol. The contract concluded today was signed by two parties — the new head of administration and chairman of the Simferopol City Council Viktor Ageev.
Victor Ageev congratulated Mikhail Afanasiev on taking office and expressed confidence in the fruitful cooperation:
I wish you fruitful, successful work for the benefit of Simferopol residents. Only by joint hard and effective work can we achieve the desired results.
Recall, March during the 64th regular session, the deputies of the Simferopol City Council unanimously supported the appointment of Mikhail Afanasiev to the post of head of the administration of the Crimean capital.
On the eve of Afanasiev, he resigned from the post of Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of Crimea. Today it became known that Sergei Dvurechensky has been appointed Acting Head of the Miniform of the Republic of Crimea.
