Ministry of Emergency Situations of Crimea: a fine for violating safety rules under fire regulations

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea emphasizes that violation of fire safety rules in the forest and in areas directly adjacent to forests is punishable by law.

Let us remind you that from 00:00 on April 17, 2024 by order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea A special fire regime has been introduced on the peninsula.

During the special fire regime, it is strictly prohibited to burn dry grass, garbage and carry out fire hazardous work within the boundaries of rural and urban settlements, urban districts, gardening and vegetable gardening non-profit partnerships, in enterprises, on lands of all categories, with the exception of work carried out by specialized organizations for the purpose of forest fire prevention. At the same time, violation of fire safety rules in the forest and in areas directly adjacent to forests is punishable by law.

According to Article 20.4. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federationviolation of fire safety requirements under a special fire regime entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 10,000 to 20,000 rubles, on officials — from 30,000 to 60,000 rubles, on persons engaged in business activities without forming a legal entity , — 60,000 to 80,000 rubles, for legal entities — from 400,000 to 800,000 rubles.

According to Article 8.32. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation violation of fire safety rules in forests under a special fire regime, an emergency situation in forests resulting from forest fires, entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of from 40,000 to 50,000 rubles; for officials — from 60,000 to 90,000 rubles; for legal entities — from 600,000 to 1 million rubles.
