Based on the results of the events, 6 protocols on an administrative offense under Art. 8. of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, 6 resolutions were also issued. The amount of fines imposed was 4.5 thousand rubles, the amount of fines collected was 3.5 thousand rubles. Federal state hunting supervision on the territory of the Republic of Crimea is carried out on a permanent basis. We remind you that fines and penalties are provided for violations of the hunting rules. At the request of the hunting inspector and officials whose competence includes monitoring compliance with the rules of hunting, the hunter is obliged to submit documents for verification, as well as to present for inspection things that are with him hunting tools, hunting products and vehicles , — noted in the press service of the department.
It is important to remember the current restrictions and prohibitions. Hunting under the influence of alcohol and (or) drugs is not allowed. The hunting of animals and birds listed in the Red Books of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea is prohibited.
