Modular facilities and a tourist information complex operate on the Wine Road of Sevastopol

Agrofirm «Zolotaya Balka» is a participant of the priority project «Terroir Sevastopol». The enterprise received two different grants within the framework of the national project «Tourism and Hospitality Industry».

We see how our winemakers are developing in the tourist direction. Of course, this is one of the tasks of the priority project «Terroir Sevastopol». Excellent modules are already ready for the new tourist season, 10 of which were purchased and installed thanks to grant support from the national project «Tourism and Hospitality Industry». Also, a tourist information center was created with the funds of the second grant, which provides a terminal for purchasing tickets, audio guides, an interactive table where you can study the map of vineyards, play a game and find out which wine suits your mood, or get acquainted with the history of winemaking in Sevastopol— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Maria Litovko.

So, a complex of modular non-capital accommodation facilities began to work on the territory of the enterprise. The hotel complex has already passed the classification. Each module has a view of the vineyards. Guests can also use free transport that will take you directly to Balaklava Bay.

There are 10 tents and 10 bungalows on the territory of the complex, where you can stay at any time of the year. By the way, pets are welcome. Next to the rooms there is a vegetable garden where we grow vegetables, fruits, berries and aromatic herbs. Our main principle is respect for nature: during the construction, we preserved absolutely all the trees growing on the territory. Only environmentally friendly materials were used in the decoration: everything, from interior items to cosmetics, is made by the hands of Russian craftsmen, — Tatyana Pichugina, a representative of the agro-tourist complex API Balaklava, emphasized.

Recall that in 2022, the Sevastopol Tourism Department, within the framework of the national project «Tourism and Hospitality Industry», provided grant support in the following areas: 5 entrepreneurs received funds for the implementation of projects for the installation of year-round modular non-capital accommodation facilities, 8 for the improvement of the city’s beaches, creation of new tourist routes and purchase of tourist equipment.
