Acceptance of documents from applicants ends in a week. We can already say that the number of applications this year is higher than last year., — the press service of the university quotes the executive secretary of the admissions committee of KFU. V. I. Vernadsky Alexey Gusev.

According to him, among the applicants there are a large number of those who live in other regions.

If earlier Krasnodar Territory and Rostov Region were leaders among other regions in terms of the number of applicants, this year Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions became leaders. Many applicants from there have applied for admission to us — this is about 20% of all applicants. Further, in terms of the number of applications, the traditional Krasnodar Territory, the city of Sevastopol and the Rostov Region are in the lead.— says Alexei Gusev.

As the executive secretary of the selection committee notes, the dynamics of the most popular areas and specialties does not change from year to year. Among them are medical specialties — «General Medicine», «Pediatrics», «Dentistry», as well as such areas as «Jurisprudence» and «Advertising and Public Relations».

Recall that the acceptance of documents for admission to undergraduate and specialist programs will last until July 25.
