Murder in Alupka — a 15-year-old teenager died. The story of where debt leads

In Crimea, a criminal case is being investigated against a resident of Alupka on charges of murdering a teenager.
The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol has initiated and is investigating a criminal case against a 36-year-old resident of Alupka. Currently, he has been charged with the murder of a minor (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)— reported in the Sledkom.
On the night of August 20, a group of young people, among whom were four minors, opened the door lock and entered the apartment of the house on Ulyanov Street in Alupka. Friends demanded that the owner of the apartment return the debt.
During the conflict, the defendant stabbed a 15-year-old teenager with a kitchen knife in the chest area. After that, a group of young people left the apartment — some of them disappeared, others remained on the landing with the wounded man, where he soon diedinvestigators revealed the details.
The suspect was promptly arrested. Investigators and forensic investigators conducted an inspection of the crime scene, other initial investigative actions, and assigned appropriate examinations.
Currently, interrogations of persons with valuable information on the circumstances are ongoing. The investigation is preparing to go to court with a motion to select a preventive measure against the person involved in the criminal case.
During the inspection, which was entrusted to the prosecutor’s office of the city of Yalta, the causes of the incident will be established, an assessment will be made of the actions of parents in terms of the proper performance of duties for the upbringing of minors, an audit of the implementation of legislation in the field of prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency— supplemented the information in the prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.
