National projects for 2023 in the Republic of Crimea: the main results of implementation are presented

National projects are one of the main drivers of economic development. Their implementation in Crimea has reached an important point — summing up the results for 2023. The regional project office of Crimea carries out interdepartmental interaction in the management of project activities in the region, monitors and analyzes the progress of project implementation.
National projects are being implemented to achieve a new quality of life for all generations, which can only be ensured with the dynamic development of Russia. Schools, new roads and stadiums are being built, new places in kindergartens are being created, medical equipment is being updated and online excursions are being organized.
In the Republic of Crimea in 2023, 22.071 billion rubles were allocated for the implementation of national projects, including 13.580 billion rubles from the federal budget. 22,018 billion (99.8%) spent. The republic has also achieved 139 out of 141 targets and 129 out of 132 results.
In practice, the results of national projects are more noticeably expressed in socially significant objects. For example, according to the national project “Demography” in 2023, sets of sports equipment were installed on sports grounds for 12 sports schools, 2 Olympic reserve schools and 2 schools in municipalities of the Republic of Crimea. New sports equipment was supplied to 14 sports training organizations, more than 8 thousand families received payments for the birth of children, and the target value of 100% for the availability of preschool education for children from 1.5 to 3 years was achieved. Using funds from the compulsory medical insurance program, 881 in vitro fertilization procedures were performed in the Republic of Crimea this year for a total amount of 102.4 million rubles.
In “Healthcare”, in 2023, major repairs were carried out in 4 medical organizations, 50 new medical and midwifery stations were built, and the construction of 2 clinics continues with a completion date of 2024. 52 vehicles were purchased to deliver patients to medical organizations, as well as to transport biological materials for research, deliver medicines to residents of remote areas, and 4 pieces of equipment to the Sudak City Hospital.
The national project “Education” can also boast of significant results. In 2023, the children’s technology park «Quantorium» was created and opened on the basis of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution «Simferopol Secondary School No. 4 named after Marshal F. I. Tolbukhin», 50 «Growth Points» were opened, the material and technical base for physical education and sports in 11 general education schools was updated organizations located in rural areas and small towns. Profile equipment was supplied to 2 boarding schools. The Regional Center for Identification and Support of Gifted Children in the Republic of Crimea “Impulse” was opened at the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Crimean Boarding Gymnasium for Gifted Children” and an innovative platform for additional education on the basis of the MB UDO “Station of Young Technicians”
As part of the work under the national project “Housing and Urban Environment,” 71 public areas were improved in 2023. More than 1,088 thousand square meters were put into operation. m of housing, thanks to which the housing construction plan was exceeded. 465 people were relocated from emergency housing to 172 residential premises.
Significant results have also been achieved under the Ecology national project. In 2023, work was carried out to clear sections of the bed of the Salgir River with its tributaries and the bed of the Slavyanka River, and the total reforestation area was 295 hectares. The work provided for by the technical and first stage of biological measures for the reclamation of waste landfills of municipal solid waste in the city of Belogorsk has been completed. Reclamation of the waste landfill for municipal solid waste continues. The construction of three eco-technoparks has begun: in the Saki district with a capacity of 200 thousand tons/year, in the Belogorsk region with a capacity of 500 thousand tons/year, and in the Leninsky district with a capacity of 160 thousand tons/year.
The national project “Safe Quality Roads” ensured the construction of 38 road network facilities with a total length of 262.1 km, repairs and overhauls of 23 artificial structures with a total length of 829.8 linear meters were completed.
National projects are also aimed at supporting employment, entrepreneurship, labor productivity and exports. As part of national projects, artificial intelligence is being developed, convenient and safe services are being launched, virtual concert halls are being set up, and business processes at enterprises are being improved. These projects are implemented in the name of the people, for the people and in the interests of the people.
Under the national project “Culture”, in the past year, 2 virtual concert halls were opened, 5 cultural institutions were overhauled, and 5 municipal museums received modern technical equipment. 2 municipal libraries were re-equipped according to the model standard and 2 regional theaters in the capital of Crimea were equipped with new equipment.
For the current year, 43 new enterprises took part in the national project “Labor Productivity”, which were able to successfully implement their projects and in practice ensure the growth rate of labor productivity. In addition, in 2023, 625 employees were trained under the “Increasing Labor Productivity at Enterprises” program.
Under the national project “Tourism and Hospitality Industry” in 2023, 2,735 thousand workers in the tourism sector received state support. 18 subsidies were issued to legal entities (with the exception of state (municipal) institutions) and individual entrepreneurs to provide support for the implementation of public initiatives. During 2023, using allocated federal subsidies totaling 374.8 million rubles. the cities of Alupka and Evpatoria were able to introduce design codes in their tourist centers and combine the main objects of tourist display into a single architectural and cultural space, where a complex of construction work is currently being completed.
It is safe to say that all existing national projects have proven their relevance. National projects are the result of long-term state policy aimed at improving the situation in the country, which is confirmed by specific activities and results.
