New territories for housing construction will be introduced in Sevastopol

Experts note that one of the most important goals for today in the country’s development program, including those provided for by the national project «Housing and Urban Environment» and the state program «National System of Spatial Data» is to improve housing conditions and increase housing construction to at least 120 million . sq. meters per year.

In order to implement state programs aimed at improving housing conditions, in August 2021, on behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Russia, Marat Shakirzyanovich Khusnullin, an agreement was signed between Rosreestr and the Government of Sevastopol on cooperation in the field of improving the efficiency of land use. On the territory of our city, an operational headquarters has been created to identify land plots and territories for housing construction. Carrying out this work allows to increase the investment attractiveness of the region— quotes the press service of the head of the Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of Sevastopol Artem Fadeev.

As of March 15, 2023, a list of 23 land plots with a total area of ​​25.5 hectares was compiled for the city of Sevastopol, of which:

  • 7 plots with an area of ​​22.6 hectares, for multi-storey housing construction,
  • 16 land plots with an area of ​​2.9 hectares for individual housing construction.

Such data are posted on the Land for Construction service on the Public Cadastral Map of Russia.

At the last meeting of the operational headquarters, the possibility of involving in circulation for housing construction another 6 territories with a total area of ​​666.3 hectares, provided for by the rules of land use and development of the city of Sevastopol for the integrated development of the territory, was considered.
