Officially: 38.8 thousand Sevastopol residents switched to electronic work books
CrimeaPRESS reports:
An electronic work book (ETK) stores the entire list of information that is taken into account in a paper work book. In addition, it has a number of advantages. For example, it provides convenient and quick access for an employee to information about his work activity. Sevastopol residents can order an extract from the ETK in their personal account on the SFR website, on the State Services portal, receive it in paper form from the employer at the last place of work, as well as at the MFC or any client service of the SFR Branch.
Electronic labor also allows minimizing inaccurate and inaccurate information about labor activity, provides additional opportunities for remote employment and reduces the costs for employers to maintain and store paper work books. In Sevastopol, 38.8 thousand employees have already made their choice in favor of the ETC.
Recall that the electronic work book has been introduced in Russia since 2020. The transition to it is voluntary.
The only exception is citizens who first got a job starting in 2021. For such people, all records of work periods are initially kept only in electronic form without issuing a paper work book.
The employer is obliged to issue a paper version of the labor in the hands of those who have chosen the electronic format. However, it does not lose its significance. It must be preserved, since paper labor is a source of information about labor activity until 2020. The electronic version of the work book contains information starting from 2020.
