CrimeaPRESS reports:

In Kerch, police returned stolen teddy bears to the store owner.

Information appeared on social networks that unknown persons stole a decorative decoration in the form of teddy bears from an installation near one of the city’s stores. Police officers promptly responded to this fact and immediately went to the scene of the incident. During operational search activities, criminal investigation officers identified those involved in the theft. They turned out to be local residents — 21-year-old young people who told the operatives that in a moment of emotional excitement, as they had quarreled with their lovers, and in order to atone for their guilt, they decided to steal teddy bears and give them to their chosen ones— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
