In Balaklava, the second stage of landscaping the square of the Balaklava Mining Administration named after V.I. A. M. Gorky. Director of the Sevastopol City Department Yevgeny Gorlov examined the progress of work.
When it was the day of the Balaklava district and the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev came here, together with the deputy of the State Duma Tatyana Lobach, they instructed us to include this site in the improvement plan — to complete the comprehensive improvement of the previously developed infrastructure. As of today, we have started the renovation. Here the entire pavement network will be synchronized with previously created objects. Earlier, we completed the improvement of the first stage of the square, the municipality installed a playground, and a sports ground was also installed here. After the completion of the work, there will be a single well-maintained complex , — said Evgeny Gorlov.
He also noted that the head of the city proposed to install an open type boxing ring in this area.
This issue is being worked out, we plan to install a boxing ring next to the boxing school. The governor gave such an order — we will fulfill it , — emphasized the director of the Department of Municipal Economy.
According to him, in parallel, the possibility of improving the facilities adjacent to the square is being worked out to create a single architectural complex. The issue of the operation of the public toilet existing in the square is also being resolved — there are still some restrictions. Under special control is the improvement of the existing stage with a platform.
It is planned to equip the square with tiled pavements, outdoor lighting, install park furniture — bins and benches, as well as tables for table tennis and chess. Additional landscaping and arrangement of car parking are also provided.
