Opinion: overhaul of the Zapadnaya bus station in Simferopol will improve the quality of transport services

From the platforms of the repaired bus station, buses will already depart in the direction of the Bakhchisaray district and Sevastopol. In addition, it is planned to organize the work of buses on interregional routes.

As part of the overhaul, the building and the adjacent territory were improved, roads were built at the entrance to the bus station. There are four cash desks at the bus station, one of which is for people with disabilities. Every day, 140 flights depart from the bus station, the total volume of traffic is about 2,500 passengers per day.

The work was carried out as part of the execution of the order of the President of the Russian Federation on the development of transport infrastructure in the Crimea.
