Over the past week, Sevastopol residents addressed more than 20 thousand messages to authorities

For the second week in a row, the regional control center recorded record numbers for the number of online appeals to authorities. But if from January 15 to 21, Sevastopol residents wrote 5,642 comments, then from January 22 to 28, there were four times more comments — almost 22,000.
The main topic of appeal is water supply. Problems with water supply began in Sevastopol on January 19 due to heavy floods. The last time a similar situation occurred in the city was about 50 years ago.
All messages on the topic of water supply that were recorded during this period can be divided into two categories: questions about when there will be water and why there is no water, and requests to bring clean water using tankers.
The SDG recorded appeals on other topics. For example, citizens asked to repair the traffic light at the exit from Cossack Bay.
“Only the arrow works,” social media users clarified. According to employees of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure, the device is now working properly.
A message was also received asking for potholes to be patched at a public transport stop near the Pobeda cinema.
Please fill up the potholes at this stop and at Chernomorochka, wrote Sevastopol residents. Sevavtodor specialists put the stop in order a few days later.
