Over three years, more than three hundred tourist navigation signs were installed in Crimea

The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea continues to work on the production of tourist navigation signs in accordance with the State Program for the Development of Resorts and Tourism in Crimea. Since 2020, 334 signs have been manufactured and installed. A unified tourist navigation system allows guests of the peninsula to navigate the roads and on the way to attractions, and also expands information about tourist infrastructure.

In 2023, 14 tourist navigation signs were manufactured and installed on the Tavrida federal highway in the Bakhchisarai, Belogorsk, Simferopol, Kirov, and Leninsky districts. Signs indicate such objects as the tourist and educational cluster «Tavrida-Art», Khan’s Palace, the Armenian monastery of Surb-Khach, the Kerch fortress, the I.K. Aivazovsky. Also in 2023, 145 signs for tourist sites in municipalities of the Republic of Crimea were manufactured and transferred to the service balance.reports the press service of the Ministry of Resorts of the Republic of Crimea.

Information signs for the navigation system in the field of tourism are developed in accordance with the National Standard of the Russian Federation with general requirements for the navigation system in this area, including signs for infrastructure facilities, tourist and recreational areas, routes and attractions.
