Specialists from the Simferopol Municipal Budgetary Institution “Capital Parks” carried out work to prepare the fountain in the Republic Park for the winter period. This was announced by the director of the institution, Roman Filipenko.
Conservation of fountains is an annual procedure that is carried out in order to preserve them, protect them from adverse conditions and vandals, and also to ensure uninterrupted operation during the season. Currently, the fountain in Republic Square is mothballed and covered with special protective structureshe said.
Last week, employees of the institution drained the water, cleaned the fountain during its operation and removed special removable elements.
Fountain in Simferopol park named after K.A. Treneva — is currently under reconstruction, but soon it will also be ready for “wintering”.
