Patriotic competition «Sevastopol guide-alphabet» — are you participating?
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Center for Social Assistance to Families and Children is holding a creative patriotic competition «Sevastopol guide-alphabet» in Sevastopol. The competition started on May 2 and is dedicated to a significant date — the 240th anniversary of the founding of the city.
The main goal of the competition is to enable representatives of the younger and older generations to express their patriotic feelings through creativity, express love, respect for their hometown, their country, their rich and glorious history and traditions. The objective of the competition is to combine the creative potential of children and adults to create a unique local history alphabet, each letter of which tells about one of the historical objects of Sevastopol and introduces individuals whose names are inscribed in the history of the city.
Children, adults, families and creative teams are invited to take part in the creation of the Sevastopol Alphabet Guide. Competitors are invited to compose a poem of four lines, which will begin with the name of one of the objects of Sevastopol or with the name of a person whose fate is connected with the history of our city, as well as design an alphabet guide page.
Detailed information about the competition and the requirements for the design of the work can be found at website of the Center for Social Assistance to Families and Children.
You can apply for the competition until June 16.
