In Sevastopol, on the site near the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity, the solemn opening of the photo exhibition «The New Philosophy of Education», dedicated to the Year of the Teacher and Mentor, took place. The exhibition is organized by the regional resource center of the All-Russian project «Childhood Navigators» with the support of the government of Sevastopol.
The exhibition presents four blocks of photographs that tell about the most significant events in the life of Sevastopol schoolchildren and teachers. The peculiarity of the exhibition is that any schoolchild, teacher, parent can use a QR code to go to the portal of the federal project that interested him and take part in it.
Our project in Sevastopol is two years old. In 2021, we were just starting its implementation among ten pilot regions, and now all schools, gymnasiums and secondary professional organizations of Sevastopol are in the project. The exhibition presents the brightest events in the life of advisers to educational directors and Sevastopol schoolchildren. After all, we are writing a new philosophy of education here and now, together with the team of «Childhood Navigators» of our entire large country.— shared the regional coordinator of the All-Russian project «Childhood Navigators» in Sevastopol Natalya Zagorodnyaya.
The first block of the exhibition tells about the main events in the life of advisers to education directors — these are regional and all-Russian seminars, forums, meetings, the flagship projects «Eagles of Russia» and «Student Self-Government», the All-Russian Prize «New Philosophy of Education». The second block of photographs is dedicated to the main events of the Year of the Teacher and Mentor — the regional competition of the best educational practices «Mentors of childhood — guidelines for education» and the regional competition of co-creation «Together with a mentor», which were held in Sevastopol for the first time this year and revealed all the facets of the talents of our teachers in the union with schoolchildren. Within the framework of the third thematic block, bright events of the All-Russian competition «Big Change» are presented, in which every Sevastopol schoolchild can take part and realize their creative abilities in one of the areas: military-patriotic, environmental, sports, creative, scientific, museum work and others. Another block of the photo exhibition is dedicated to the new all-Russian organization «Movement of the First», the primary branches of which are opening in Sevastopol schools, secondary professional organizations and institutions of additional education.
All Sevastopol residents and guests of the city can see the photo exhibition until the end of 2023, the Year of the Teacher and Mentor.
