Police, teachers and social activists of Sevastopol conducted a raid on computer clubs

Sevastopol police officers conducted a preventive raid on computer clubs. The event was attended by employees of the juvenile affairs department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Gagarinsky district, representatives of the city Commission on juvenile affairs and the Department of Education and Science of Sevastopol.
In the evening, from 22:00, the raid participants checked several computer clubs in the Gagarinsky district to see if there were minors in them. At night, teenagers were found in establishments who were there in violation of current legislation. Some were carrying electronic cigarettes and energy drinks.
Parents and legal representatives of minors were called to the addresses of the clubs. Police officers drew up six administrative materials against them under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill obligations for the maintenance and upbringing of minors”). In addition, preventive conversations were held with minors and their parents about the inadmissibility of violating the law, the provisions of the Law of the city of Sevastopol No. 51-ZS “On measures to prevent neglect and delinquency of minors in the city of Sevastopol” were explained.— reported the city Department of Internal Affairs.
The materials collected by the police officers were sent for consideration to the Commission on Juvenile Affairs and the Protection of Their Rights of the city of Sevastopol.
