Project “Fighting Diabetes Mellitus”: new equipment was supplied to Crimean hospitals

According to by order Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, Crimean hospitals have been retrofitted with equipment as part of the federal project “Fighting Diabetes Mellitus”. This was announced by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea Konstantin Skorupsky.
14 glycated hemoglobin analyzers were supplied to 13 medical institutions in Crimea that provide medical care to rural residents and residents of remote areas. This is equipment for detecting diabetes mellitus and monitoring the condition of a patient with previously diagnosed diabetes mellitus— said the head of the republican Ministry of Health.
The total cost of new equipment is 22 million rubles. The devices were supplied to the Simferopol Central Regional Clinical Hospital, Dzhankoy, Krasnogvardeysk, Bakhchisarai, Belogorsk, Chernomorsk, Lenin, Pervomaisk, Kirov central district hospitals, as well as to the Sovetskaya District Hospital, Starokrymskaya Regional Hospital named after. N. M. Amosova, Nizhnegorsk District Hospital and Feodosia Medical Center.
