Radiy Faritovich Khabirov. Biography of the person

Education:

• 1989: Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Bashkir State University.
• 1994: Completed Master’s degree at Bilkent University in Turkey.
• 1998: Defended his dissertation on the topic “The formation and development of the right to a favorable environment in the Russian Federation” and received a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree.

Labor activity:

• 1981: Started his working career as a milling machine apprentice at the Ishimbay Transport Engineering Plant.
• 1982-1984: Completed military service in the Armed Forces of the USSR.
• 1989-1992: Worked as an assistant at the Department of State Law and Soviet Construction, Faculty of Law, Bashkir State University.
• 1994-1998: Took the position of senior lecturer at the same university.
• 1998-2002: Acted as deputy dean of BSU and received the title of associate professor.
• 2002-2003: Acted as director of the Institute of Law at Bashkir State University.

Political career:

• 2003: Took the place of head of the presidential administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
• 2008: Headed the Department for Interaction with the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and Political Parties of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation for Domestic Policy.
• 2009—2016: He held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of the President of the Russian Federation for Domestic Policy.
• 2017—2018: Represented the interests of the Krasnogorsk urban district in the Moscow region.
• Since October 11, 2018: Temporarily served as head of Bashkortostan.
• From September 19, 2019 to the present day: Holds the position of Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Awards:

• Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the President of the Russian Federation for outstanding labor achievements.
• Awarded the Orders of the Republic of Crimea and Alexander Nevsky.
