Renovation of facades of apartment buildings continues in Sevastopol

In Sevastopol, major renovations of the facades of apartment buildings continue. Work on houses No. 29, 31 and 33 on Gogol Street began in April, now houses No. 29 and 31 are 15-20% ready, and more than 50% of the work on building No. 33 has already been completed.

During the overhaul, the façade is washed and cleared, and the seams are sealed. Then plastering work is carried out, repair of balconies and loggias, change of tides, replacement and repair of window and door fillings, preparation for painting and painting of the facade itself. Also, during the overhaul, windows and doors in common areas will be replaced.

The houses were built in 1962-1963, major repairs have never been carried out before, and we see that the surface is very worn out, in many places the balcony slabs are partially destroyed, we will restore all this. The renovation is scheduled to be completed by Septembersaid Dmitry Shpagin, director of the Capital Repair Assistance Fund.

Let us remind you that in total this year, major repairs of facades will be carried out at 29 objects.
