Representatives of the youth of Sevastopol received about 3 million rubles for the implementation of projects

As part of the All-Russian Forum Campaign, representatives of the youth of Sevastopol received about 3 million rubles for the implementation of projects. Marina Slonchenko, deputy head of the department for youth and sports, told about this during a live broadcast in the Sevastopol Government group on the VKontakte social network.

These projects will be implemented in Sevastopol throughout the calendar year. The projects are different — aimed at the development of student self-government, at the formation of an asset of youth organizations, a large number of grants were received through eco-volunteering, — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the deputy head of the department.

You can get a grant by participating in the All-Russian competition of youth projects, which is held by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, or in the competition of youth projects in Sevastopol. The All-Russian competition takes place in two main formats: remote submission of applications on the website grants.myrosmol.ru and face-to-face defense of projects within the framework of the All-Russian Forum Campaign.

During the live broadcast, they also discussed events in which representatives of the Sevastopol youth took part, and upcoming forums.

The art cluster «Tavrida» became a bright event of this summer. As part of the educational races, which began back in May, this year 33 people visited Tavrida — this is a fairly large number, taking into account the selection that is carried out for participation in educational blocks. At the festival «Tavrida.ART» Sevastopol was represented by a large delegation — 90 people, they participated in various competitions, castings, the All-Russian Competition of Youth Projects all week, — notes Marina Slonchenko.

The deputy head of the department also noted that within the framework of Tavrida, two representatives of Sevastopol made it to the final of the Univervision, two girls to the final of the Student of the Year award, and one girl received a grant to implement her idea.

The idea is to create an eco-art space, an eco-base for schoolchildren and students of Sevastopol, where educational programs on eco-volunteering, master classes, glass and plastic recycling and much more will be held, — says the deputy head of the department.

During the live broadcast, Marina Slonchenko noted that everyone who received a grant received the full support of the Youth and Sports Department. Thus, each grantee is assigned a curator from among the employees of the department and throughout the implementation of the entire project helps in any matters.

In September, two more forums will be held in Sevastopol: «DOBROstart» and «Youth 92», in which 100 youth representatives will be able to take part.

From 16 to September, an educational forum will be held for volunteers of Sevastopol «DOBROstart», the main goal of the forum is to form an asset of volunteers who in the future will work at major city events. There will be an extensive educational program, federal experts are invited, including colleagues from Tavrida. The second forum — the regional youth forum «Youth 21» — will be held from 21 to 25 September, the program will also be rich, federal experts are invited, and in addition to the educational program, the children will have entertainment, cultural, sports programs, lectures and master classes. The highlight of the forum is that the All-Russian competition of youth projects will be held at the site of the Youth 92 forum — this is an opportunity to receive a grant for the implementation of the project in the amount of up to 1 million rubles. An application can be submitted on the website grants.myrosmol.ru, but only participants of the youth forum can become participants in the grant competition, Marina emphasizes Slonchenko.
