Residents of Sevastopol can receive registered letters from the Social Fund through State Post
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Social Fund (SFR) builds interaction with citizens on the principles of convenience, accessibility and openness. To this end, the department is developing digital services that help simplify and speed up the procedures for obtaining support measures. One of these opportunities is the State Post service, which optimizes the receipt of registered letters from the fund.
The service implemented by Russian Post ensures the sending of registered letters in electronic form. One of the main advantages of the service is that letters always reach the addressee, even if he has temporarily or permanently changed his place of residence. In addition, the received electronic document has legal force and can be submitted to other departments. The letter will not be lost and is available for download at any time. And you don’t need to go to the post office to pick up correspondence, which saves time and effort.
To receive registered letters from the Social Fund through State Post, you need to activate the corresponding service in your personal account on the State Services portal. In the portal’s mobile application, the service is called “Online Delivery”.
If the Social Fund sends an electronic registered letter to a person who has not activated the State Post service, post office employees will notify the citizen about it. When you contact the post office, the letter will be printed and given to the addressee. Even in this case, the delivery time is reduced due to the fact that the letter does not travel from point A to point B, but directly arrives via electronic channels at the post office.
