Road accident on the Nizhnegorsky-Belogorsk road. Autolady liable for accident in which motorcyclist was injured

In the Belogorsk district, a local resident, accused of an accident in which a motorcyclist was injured, turned out to be in the dock. As law enforcement officers specified, the accident happened near the village of Yablochnoye, on the Nizhnegorsky-Belogorsk road.

According to the investigation, in September last year, the accused was driving a Chevrolet Clan car along the Nizhnegorsky-Belogorsk highway. In the area of ​​the village of Yablochnoe, the driver, when making a turn, did not give way to a motorcycle, colliding with it. As a result of a traffic accident, the motorcycle driver received multiple injuries that caused serious bodily harm— told the details in the prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.

The woman pleaded guilty to the crime. The criminal case was sent to the Belogorsk District Court for consideration on the merits.
