Rosreestr project “Land for construction”: about 200 plots and territories for housing construction have been identified in Crimea

About 200 land plots and territories suitable for housing construction have been identified in the Republic of Crimea since the launch of the Rosreestr online service “Land for Construction”. Potential developers and investors can see on «Public cadastral map» plots available for the construction of individual and multi-apartment residential buildings. The total land area currently reaches almost 600 hectares.

Let us remind you that this service was developed by Rosreestr as part of the implementation of the all-Russian national project “Housing and the Urban Environment”. Since the spring of 2020, a regional operational headquarters has been working on the peninsula to identify land that is not used or used ineffectively, the activities of which are coordinated by the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

Thanks to the web service on the “Public Cadastral Map” platform, citizens can find out online the area and boundaries of a designated plot or territory, the type of permitted use, as well as the potential for use, the presence or absence of utility networks, the number of those located on it or in the vicinity with it capital buildings and other information, — the press service quotes the first deputy chairman of the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea, Alexey Kostin.

Moreover, using this service, you can submit an application to the authorized government body for the provision of a land plot for development. Thus, the state minimized the labor costs of citizens in choosing a land plot for investment in construction. For interested parties, it was even developed special instructions for using the “Land for Construction” service.

At the moment, citizens and legal entities can choose a plot of land for development on the territory of the Republic of Crimea in the cities of Alushta, Armyansk, Dzhankoy, Simferopol, Evpatoria, Kerch, Sudak and Krasnoperekopsk, Feodosia, Koktebel, as well as in Belogorsk, Dzhankoy, Leninsky, Simferopol , Sovetsky, Belogorsky, Kirovsky, Krasnogvardeysky and Pervomaisky districts of Crimea.
