In Simferopol, the Salgir River was covered with ice, reports «Crimea 24» (video — HERE). Not surprisingly, this morning in the capital of Crimea the temperature dropped to minus 6 degrees. The river did not freeze completely, but only in those places where the current was relatively weak.
