Schoolchildren of Sevastopol were told about the rules of safety on the Internet
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In the Sevastopol school No. 34 named after. Alexander Shostak held preventive lectures on safe behavior on the Internet. The event was organized by the Center for Combating the Ideology of Terrorism and Deviant Behavior in the Educational Sphere together with the Coordinating Center of SevSU.
Being online, a child can meet not only classmates or friends, but also intruders. In order to minimize the likelihood of such a meeting, you need to explain to the child: never meet face to face with a person whom you just met on the Internet, do not upload your photos to online services, especially for people whom children do not know and never not seen, and also not to respond to obscene messages and in no case give home address, school or phone number to strangers and be sure to notify parents about what happened , the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the Center for Counteracting Ideology terrorism and deviant behavior in the educational sphere by Nikolai Antoshkin.
SevSU students, members of the CyberAgents IS volunteer organization, told 8th-9th grade students about the dangers that can be encountered on the Internet and how to properly use its capabilities.
The problem of spreading destructive ideas on the Internet is acute. According to Nikolai Antoshkin, work to prevent children from falling under the influence of dangerous and malicious groups in cyberspace should be carried out «on all fronts.» At the same time, a lot depends on the parents.
At the end of the meeting, the schoolchildren thanked the «IS CyberAgents» for the useful information and promised to be more accurate and attentive when using the Internet.
Recall that the Center for Counteracting the Ideology of Terrorism and Deviant Behavior in the Educational Sphere continues to organize and conduct lectures and explanatory classes in educational institutions subordinate to the Department of Education and Science of Sevastopol.
