Sergei Aksyonov believes that it is time for the Krymgazseti enterprise to free consumers from bureaucratic red tape

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, instructed the heads of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymgazseti” to simplify the system for obtaining services and free consumers from bureaucratic red tape.

The enterprise creates obstacles for Crimeans, while the process should be elementary: they contacted you — you provided a service. As soon as possible, it is necessary to simplify all procedures and save people from unnecessary trips, or better yet, find ways to resolve issues remotely– the press service quotes the Head of the Republic.

In addition, Sergey Aksyonov instructed Krymgazseti to reduce the regulated terms of procedures and more carefully monitor construction projects: each object must be assigned a person responsible for the timing and quality of execution.

Thus, the enterprise needs to strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Republic of Crimea and the heads of municipal administrations in order to ensure the implementation of all activities planned for this year for technological connections to gas networks. Particular attention should be paid to objects where there is a delay in meeting deadlines. At the moment, the enterprise has 159 overdue objects for technological connection. The head of Crimea stressed that they should be completed by the end of the year, and a subcontractor could be involved in the work.

At a working meeting on problematic issues of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymenergo”, it was announced that the enterprise has more than 8.7 thousand overdue technical connections to electrical networks.

The liquidation of debts is proceeding systematically. For example, Krasnoperekopsky Distribution Zone was able to enter the schedule in accordance with the concluded agreements — there are no more overdue obligations here. The acute situation remains in Alushta, Saki and Simferopol regions. In addition, Krymenergo continues to rotate personnel, which will also increase the efficiency of its worknotes the Head of the Republic.

Sergei Aksyonov assured that all necessary actions are being taken to bring Krymenergo’s work into the legal field.

During the meeting at the State Institution “Investstroy of the Republic of Crimea”, projects for the construction of water supply facilities, medical and educational institutions were considered.

According to Sergei Aksenov, the quality of the institution’s work is growing, approaches to certain issues are changing for the better.

It is necessary to continue to build competent collaboration with contractors. In case of violation of obligations, prompt management decisions must be made; one must not allow oneself to be deceived over and over again.says the Head of the Republic.

Sergey Aksyonov also focused on the fact that Investstroy specialists need to work more carefully with the reasons for the increase in the cost of a particular object. An increase in price is possible only in exceptional cases and must be agreed with the authorities.

During his visit to the Development Corporation of the Republic of Crimea JSC, Sergei Aksyonov emphasized that the investor must bear responsibility for failure to fulfill his obligations.

It is necessary to determine penalties for violating project deadlines and specify them when concluding an agreement with a potential investor. At this stage, other than termination of the agreement, there are no penalties for the unscrupulous performer. This means that damage to the republic’s economy may be caused: the project’s implementation deadlines are missed, taxes are not paid, and jobs are not created. This is a demonstration of ineffective and weak work– says the Head of Crimea.

Sergey Aksyonov instructed to draw up catch-up schedules for lagging projects. If they are not fulfilled on time, work with these investors must be stopped.

Summing up the meeting, the Head of Crimea indicated that the approach and attitude to the assigned tasks must change or the question of making personnel decisions will be raised, and said that he was taking the activities of the Corporation under special control.
