Sergey Aksenov summed up the work of municipalities in Crimea for 2023

The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, summed up the results of 2023 during a meeting on problematic issues of municipalities in Crimea.
Despite the fact that there are still a number of unresolved issues, in 2023, for the first time in many years, such a huge amount of work was completed. Nevertheless, I am confident that the work we have done to correct the mistakes will allow us to improve our overall performance next year. A significant number of contracts for 2024 have already been concluded, which will allow the actual work to begin in January. There is also dynamics in the issue of executive discipline; there are positive changes in terms of sanitary cleaning in municipalitiessaid the Head of Crimea.
Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk spoke about the implementation of the cash plan in 2023. The revenue side of the budget is more than 89 billion rubles, which is 22% more than last year. According to forecasts, the expenditure part of the budget will be fulfilled by 99.9%.
The Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Donets informed that to date all roofs damaged as a result of bad weather have been repaired. At the same time, the task remains to carry out major repairs of roofs at a number of facilities. In addition, Sergei Donets said that trees have been pruned. This task was carried out on a separate order from the Head of Crimea, since the cause of numerous damage and breaks in power lines was often the fall of tree branches broken as a result of a natural disaster.
The Minister of Housing Policy and State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Crimea Nikita Tarasov, in turn, informed about the progress of the restoration of bank protection structures. It is planned to complete the preparation of estimate documentation by January 20. Nikita Tarasov also reported that 754 residential premises were damaged as a result of the disaster. Lists of facilities where current and major repairs will be carried out will be approved by January 12.
In addition, issues of improvement, payment of compensation to citizens affected by emergencies, as well as the maintenance of highways were discussed.
