Sevastopol approved the procedure for granting a grant for the creation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities. The document will allow to hold a grant competition for entrepreneurs, according to the results of which at least 99 new modular hotels will appear in the city. It will be possible to build facilities on recreational lands.

The adoption of a legal act will determine the goals, conditions and mechanism for granting a grant for the construction of modular non-capital accommodation facilities, namely campsites and car campsites. As a result, we will be able to open a competition for entrepreneurs next week, — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the tourism department Larisa Ostapenko.

Grant support for public and business initiatives aimed at the development of domestic and inbound tourism is implemented within the framework of the national project «Tourism and Hospitality Industry».

Recall that in 2022 the Federal Tourism Agency approved the application of Sevastopol, the region was allocated 150 million rubles from the federal budget for the construction of modular year-round accommodation facilities. Such support was received by 19 regions of Russia.
