Sevastopol: mobilized people and their family members will be able to apply for support measures electronically

In Sevastopol, the list of mass socially significant services provided in electronic form was supplemented with five items. The corresponding resolution was adopted at a meeting of the Government.

One of the new services that will now be available online is the provision of support measures to the mobilized and their families. At the same time, if earlier, in order to issue various measures, citizens of this category had to apply separately to the Department for Property and Land Relations, the Department of Education and Science and the Department of Labor and Social Protection, now on the public services portal it will be possible to submit one package of documents at once to all departments— noted in the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

In addition to support for those mobilized, the following services will be available in electronic form:

• payment of monetary compensation for the purchase of school uniforms for children from large families during their education in a general educational organization of the city of Sevastopol;
• granting permission to deviate from the limiting parameters of permitted construction, reconstruction of a capital construction facility;
• preparation and approval of documentation for the planning of the territory;
• granting permission for a conditionally permitted type of use of a land plot or a capital construction facility.

Work on the translation of mass socially significant services is carried out by the Department of Digital Development of the city, together with other executive authorities, all the time. This area of ​​activity is one of the priorities for us, since the comfort of our citizens directly depends on it, because receiving public services in a few clicks is fast, convenient and simple.— says Alexandra Osipova, director of the digital development department.

New services will soon be available on the federal portal of public services. In total, 84 mass socially significant services are now available online for city residents.

Recall that in Sevastopol, public services in electronic form are provided within the framework of the regional project «Digital Public Administration» of the national program «Digital Economy».
