Sevastopol residents can watch performances of world stars in a virtual concert hall

Today in the Sevastopol Center for Culture and Arts a video recording of the performance of the Moscow State Academic Philharmonic was shown. It was held at the P. I. Tchaikovsky Concert Hall on June 6 2022

The creation of virtual concert halls certainly contributes to the provision of equal opportunities for access to cultural values ​​for all connoisseurs of art. As part of the implementation of this project, since 2015 we have been able to broadcast the best concerts with the participation of world-class stars, designed for the widest audience. Spectators in Sevastopol can hear and see the masterpieces of world classics , — said Irina Romanets, director of the Department of Culture of Sevastopol.

Soloists Vadim Repin and Alexander Knyazev, with the musical accompaniment of the Moscow State Academic Symphony Orchestra, performed in the hall masterpieces of world classics: a concerto for violin and cello with orchestra by J. Brahms and Symphony No. 2 by S. V. Rachmaninov.

Broadcasts of performances by world stars in the All-Russian Virtual Concert Hall at the Sevastopol Center for Culture and Arts are held regularly as part of the national project «Culture». Announcements can be found at link.

Recall that in 533 the virtual hall in the Sevastopol Center of Culture and Arts was completely updated. The center received new equipment as part of the Digital Culture federal project. The format of such halls allows residents to attend federal and regional cultural events online.
