Sevastopol residents who install gas boilers will not receive bills for heating

CrimeaPRESS reports:

On behalf of the Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, the problem of paying for heating by citizens who switched to individual sources of thermal energy was solved in Sevastopol. Some residents of apartment buildings refused central heating and connected gas boilers without completing the relevant documents. Therefore, people continued to receive receipts for payment for services. The Government created an interdepartmental commission and held receptions of citizens on this issue. At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev announced the final solution to the problem. Thanks to the adopted changes, citizens will not receive accruals, and the Sevteploenergo enterprise will receive income.

This is our long history, we promised citizens that no fees and penalties would be charged for the period when they actually did not use heating and converted the apartment to individual sources of thermal energy. Now everything has been legalized, citizens have fulfilled the necessary conditions, and we are making sure that the problem is resolved— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the governor.

Recall that in order to transfer an apartment to individual heating, a full package of documents is required, which confirm that the city’s heat supply scheme allows you to rebuild the room for heating from an individual source, and the transfer itself is permissible and safe. You can contact Sevteploenergo around the clock using a single free number: 8 (800) 777-00-19.
