In 2024, maternity payments for Sevastopol families with children were increased. Thus, from January 1, the minimum and maximum amount of maternity benefits increased:
- for 140 days: minimum — 88,565.40 rubles, maximum — 565,562.20 rubles.
- for 156 days: minimum — 98,687.16 rubles, maximum — 630,197.88 rubles.
- for 194 days: minimum — 122,726.34 rubles, maximum — 783,707.62 rubles.
From February 1, 2024, the minimum amount of child care benefits for working Sevastopol residents up to 1.5 years will increase.
In addition, since the beginning of the year, Sevastopol residents on parental leave have the opportunity to return to work early from leave and not lose benefits until the child turns 1.5 years old.
From 2024, these payments are accrued simultaneously with your salary, even after leaving full-time maternity leave. The amount for a particular parent depends on his salary for the two previous years, taking into account the minimum and maximum established by law.
