Avito Works experts studied the dynamics of the number of vacancies for workers involved in sales and compared data for the first quarter of 2024 with the same period in 2023. Analysts have found out which sales specialists employers’ demand has grown the most from year to year.
The largest number of new vacancies appeared for call center operators — they began to be searched for 3.5 times more actively (+251%). In the first quarter of this year, employers were willing to pay new employees an average of 45,822 rubles per month (+5% per year). The demand for customer service managers increased 3 times (+216%). For the first quarter of 2024, the average salary offers for new specialists amounted to 69,850 rubles per month. This is 3% more than the same period last year, — noted in the press service of the service.
The profession of a realtor is among the top three most sought-after specialists in sales. The number of job offers for them increased by 71%, and the average salary offered for new employees increased by 14%, reaching 126,622 rubles per month.
